In this intensive weekend students will improvise character, relationship, "problem" or plot, and then rehearse those improvisations and work together to innovate how we can use the black box theater to tell their new story innovatively.
In this intensive weekend students will improvise with a focus on character, relationship, "problem" or plot, and then rehearse those improvisations and work together to innovate how we can use the black box theater to tell their new story innovatively.
In this intensive 3 day workshop in our blackbox theater space, students will partake in exercises to give them an introductory experience of the dramatist's toolbox of presence, focus, and a free physical instrument. Focusing in on character, relationship, "problem" or plot, they will then create their own new work, with a presentation at the close of the thirs meeting day.
This experience is not to be missed. We're going to have a ball, and that's the point to remember.
