We are a fully operational black box theater, with additional studio space, complete with a lighting grid controlled by light board, acoustics enhancing curtains, and an on-call technical director if needed.

The space comes with a regularly inspected modern HVAC system serving the theater and studio, Merv 13 (HEPA grade) filters, and it is equipped with WIFI and a professional lighting system. It can be rented with additional greenroom space (extra charges apply). Our technical director can help you to implement your designs as needed (extra charges apply) Other amenities include, one Americans with Disabilities Act compliant bathroom and a Yamaha P22 piano. Chair seating can be arranged depending on the renter’s needs. Rates and packages may vary based on type of booking.
